Tine Bjorland named clinical research manager for SCCR
Tine Bjorland will join the Department of Medicine as the new clinical research manager for the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, the Stanford Cardiovascular Institute, and the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
In her new role, Bjorland will act as a resource to faculty for study start-up planning, project feasibility, budget development, coordinator utilization and workflow. She will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring and orienting new coordinators, as well as providing them with training support, guidance and career advancement tools.
Additionally, Bjorland will manage the rollout of the new Clinical Trials Management System this fall.
