Steven Lin recognized by the California Academy of Family Physicians
Steven Lin, MD, (professor, general medical disciplines), has been named the California Academy of Family Physicians’ Preceptor of the Year.
The Preceptor Award honors physicians who act as exemplary mentors to future generations.
At Stanford, Lin founded the OSLER (O’Connor Stanford Leaders in Education Residency) pathway for residents, and created a Hepatitis B initiative at the Pacific Free Clinic in East San Jose.
“I feel very lucky to at Stanford and to work with such incredible students and colleagues who inspire me,” Lin said. “This honor is for them.”
