Official holidays have been approved for 2021. Note that winter close dates for 2021-2022 will be announced in spring 2021. There are a lot of three- and four-day weekends on our horizon!

Voluntary COVID-19 surveillance testing for essential on-site employees 

If you are asymptomatic and approved to work on-site at least one day per week, you may be eligible to participate in Stanford's surveillance testing program with the company Color. As the program expands in the coming weeks, eligible employees will receive an email from University HR with more information.

The season of transition is approaching, and with it comes an opportunity for positive change. Join the Health Improvement Program’s STAP-approved classes, apps and personalized sessions for a fresh start on wellness this fall. Registration begins Sept. 9 at 9:00 a.m. 

Turbovote tool now in Axess 

The Turbovote tool helps you register to vote or apply for an absentee ballot (important if you’ve moved since the last election), plus provides information about local, state and national elections, and tracks polling places and processes. The tool gathers basic data that is not shared with Stanford. Available now through Axess, at the Employee Center.
