Update on COVID-19 interim policies and work arrangements

In an email to employees on July 30, Elizabeth Zacharias, Vice President for Human Resources, outlined key workplace programs and new interim policies that aim to provide flexible work and benefits options to support your needs and maintain the health and safety of our community. This guidance addresses the realities you face as you work from home or in an on-site reporting role, and in circumstances when your work may be disrupted by your need to care for yourself or your family.

The Health Improvement Program’s Healthy Living classes are STAP fund-approved and some qualify for the BeWell Engagement incentive. Summer registration is still open, but act quick—unused STAP funds expire Aug. 31.

Through Aug. 31: 12th Annual Techie Festival  

Improve your skills in some of the tools you likely use every day, including Qualtrics, Google Drive, Slack, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office, Tableau and more. Classes are STAP fund-eligible.  

Sept. 1: Child Care Subsidy Grant (CCSG) Application Deadline

Benefits-eligible employees with children ages 10 and younger may apply for the 12-month tax-free grant, which provides up to $5,000 a year to help manage the high cost of child care.
